1. What is graphic design and why is it important to communicate visually?

Graphic design is designing graphics creatively to attract the eyes of people for commercial use

2. How do interpersonal and employability skills effect your everyday life and your future?

Traits such as being outgoing, being social, having some integrity and honesty can greatly affect your everyday life and future because if you show those skills, you may earn better opportunities for yourself and bring satisfaction to your peers

3. Why is it important to identify safety issues and to safely operate equipment utilized in the classroom?

It's important to keep yourself safe and your other peers as safe as well.

4. What are the elements of design and how are they incorporated into a design?

The elements of design are lines, textures, shape, value, space, and color and they are incorporated in the design to form together to make an image.

5. What is a vector-based design and how is it created?
A vector-based design is the use of geometrical primitives such as points, lines, curves that is based on mathematical expressions.

6. How is color used effectively in graphic design?
Color is an essential tool to help create emphasis and to brighten up the image.

7. What is a Raster-Based (Pixel-Based) Image & how is it created?
A raster-based image is an image that has been manipulated or stretched causing it to be very blurry.

8. How does the manipulation of size & resolution affect your image?
The smaller the size and resolution will result in  a very blurry image upon zooming in but if the size and resolution is big, the image will begin to look more clear.

9.What is the function of the type within a design?

The function of the type within a design will express the artist's creative mind, whether they are happy or sad, their work of art will tell.
10.How do designers use a page layout program? 

Designers use a page layout program by setting and envisioning what they are trying to do and process everything thats in their mind

 

11.  What steps does a designer take to design a page layout from concept to final product?

They must go after the audience, their target, what will the audience will think, what type of product are you trying to present
12. What are the key developments in the history of visual communication?  How did these developments shape our industry?

Social Media, Photography, Writing, all these can convey and express the artists work of art
13. What careers are available within the field of graphic designer? What profession are associated with the industry?

14. Would I want to become an Illustrator or Graphic Designer? Explain.

Maybe, what graphic designers do for a living seems fun and interesting especially trying to get a job working for a high company like Disney or something
